CookiesDraft: clause awaiting legal review
The site sets one cookie of its own. Google Analytics sets two more, and only after Accept. Vercel Web Analytics counts visits without cookies; the privacy policy explains how.

Choosing System in the footer removes the theme item, and the site follows the device setting again.
Third-party content
Google Analytics is the only third-party script, and it loads from googletagmanager.com only after Accept. No third-party fonts, maps, videos or booking widgets load when a page opens.
Legal basis and consentDraft: clause awaiting legal review
Romanian Law 506/2004 requires consent before information is stored on a device or read from it, unless it is strictly necessary for a service the user asked for. Google Analytics cookies rely on that consent, given with Accept in the cookie banner (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The elasto_consent cookie and the theme setting are strictly necessary: they only carry out a choice the visitor made. Reject is as easy as Accept, and closing the banner without a choice counts as no consent.
Changing or withdrawing consent
Cookie settings, in the footer of every page, reopens the banner. The English site (www.elastoapps.com) and the Romanian site (www.elasto.ro) each keep their own choice. Reject stops Google Analytics on that site at once and deletes its cookies there. Browser settings can also clear this site's cookies and local storage at any time; the banner then asks again.
