  The work

  • Maps one real process with the people who run it: inputs, exceptions, approvers.
  • Builds the agent, the integrations and the software around it, in reviewed pull requests.
  • Ships into the client's accounts and stays until the process runs without hand-holding.
  • Works with the client's team on site or remotely, as each project needs.
  • Brings back what repeats across clients, so the studio's tooling gets better.

  A good fit

  • Has shipped production software and moves easily between backend, integrations and frontend.
  • Builds with language models and agent tooling, and knows where they fail.
  • Explains a technical trade-off to a non-engineer in plain words.
  • Writes and speaks English well. Romanian helps.

  Finds companies with a process worth automating, software worth building or a NIS2 deadline, and brings them to a first call with an engineer.

  The work

  • Builds the pipeline: companies in Romania and the EU that fit one of the three practices.
  • Books first calls and sits in them, next to the engineer who scopes the project.
  • Follows each written scope and offer through to a clear yes or no.
  • Represents the studio at industry events and meetups.
  • Brings back what buyers ask, so offers and pages get sharper.

  A good fit

  • Has sold B2B services, software or consulting, and prefers a real conversation to a script.
  • Can explain an AI agent, a web platform or a NIS2 gap analysis in plain words. Writing code is not part of the job.
  • Speaks and writes Romanian and English well.
  • Keeps a short, honest pipeline over a long, padded one.

  The work

  • Writes case studies and guides with the engineers, from real projects and measured results.
  • Runs the studio's LinkedIn and the content of elastoapps.com and elasto.ro.
  • Owns search for both sites: keywords, pages and Search Console.
  • Prepares what sales needs: one-pagers, decks and offer templates.
  • Plans the studio's presence at events and meetups.

  A good fit

  • Writes clear English and Romanian, and cuts more than adds.
  • Knows SEO and web analytics beyond the basics.
  • Is curious about how software and AI agents are built, and asks engineers good questions.
  • Cares about craft: type, images and the small details of every page.
