Project brief

Area of work Optional

What each area covers: AI agents, custom software, cybersecurity and NIS2.

Timeline Optional
Contact details

What exists today and what has to change.

The form sends these details to ELASTO through Resend, an email delivery service. The privacy policy covers what happens to them.

Before the first call

First step after the brief

The first step after a brief is a reply from the team that would build it, then a call to go through it in detail. A written scope or quote follows the call.

For AI work there is a second way in: the AI workshop maps one process and shows where an agent fits.

Pricing model

Pricing follows the written scope and is set in the quote after the first call. Every quote is written and states whether VAT is included.

NDA and GDPR data processing agreement

Both are standard. An NDA can be signed before the first detailed call, and a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is signed before any personal data reaches systems ELASTO works on.

Case studies of past work

The projects named on the Work page are public case studies, each with the stack, the main decisions and the current status.
